COMMIN aims to facilitate future transnational projects and investment activities in the BSR at all horizontal levels by the creation and promotion of a reliable linguistic basis from which all BSR countries can work, harmonizing in English, for example, the use and meaning of the most relevant planning terms specific to the BSR, and making this knowledge general available by means of an up-to-date information tool (web portal).
