Prosjektet har som mål å forhindre branner i historiske europeiske byer erklært som World Heritage Sites. Prosjektet har 10 partnere fra 9 land og følgende byer omfattes av prosjektet: La Laguna, Sighisoara, Cuenca, Riga, Warsaw,Vilnius, Holloko, Bergen, Liverpool, Angra do Heroismo.
