The project will, within the NP region, connect people with expert knowledge and experience related to extreme cold conditions. More specifically, the project aims to bring together and capitalise on the already quite strong element of cold-related human resources in the NP, and by doing so develop products and competencies as a base for innovation and business development as well as increased service offerings in cold climates. Ultimately, the project aims to improve the standard of living for those throughout the NP area. Project partners from four different NP region countries, each with unique expertise in their particular extreme cold related niches, will bring to the project not simply a wealth of knowledge, but more importantly an excellent prospect for positive change.
