DESCRIPTION:Core projects\n\n\n\nINNOVATIVE\, WATERS-SMART & CLIMATE-NEUTRAL SOCIETIES\n\n\n\nCore projects are the main tool to deliver the change Interreg Baltic Sea Region aims at. All core projects are requested to prepare\, pilot and transfer practical and durable solutions to the challenges they choose to tackle. These challenges must correspond to one of the Programme objectives within the priorities of Innovative societies\, Water-smart societies or Climate-neutral societies. \n\n\n\nThe main results of the core project are increased capacities of the target groups to deal with the defined challenges. The target groups are organisations that have the competencies to influence the challenge and are interested in the solutions. Hence\, reaching out to the target groups and involving them in the preparation of the solution\, piloting and transfer are crucial for the success of the core projects. \n\n\n\n\nGo to the call

DESCRIPTION:Open invitation to submit proposals for Targeted Analyses\n\n\n\n\nWe are pleased to announce the first cut-off date for the submission of proposals for Targeted Analyses for the ESPON Programme 2030: 24 February 2023 \n\n\n\n\n\n\nPolicy makers may sometimes think that their territorial peculiarities prevent them from benefitting from the experience of others\, facing similar challenges in different countries or different territorial and political contexts. Comparative studies to develop evidence-based policy recommendations may not be their first priority and the process may seem overly complicated. \n\n\n\nThe ESPON Targeted Analyses have changed this!\n\n\n\nSince 2007\, ESPON Targeted Analyses has been supporting territorial development processes at local\, regional and national levels in Europe by bringing together policy makers who share the same kinds of challenges and who are looking for new territorial evidence and a European perspective. Applying sound methodologies and providing scientific expertise\, ESPON Targeted Analyses deliver demand-driven and tailor-made analytical studies in support of territorial decision-making. \n\n\n\nWhether you are a national\, regional or local authority\, represent a major city or local rural community\, a Managing Authority or a territorial cooperation body\, ESPON can select and fully finance the experts to carry out the analytical work to provide territorial evidence tailored to your needs. \n\n\n\nWithin one year\, you will be offered the following support solutions: \n\n\n\nAdministrative and technical support to design Terms of Reference directly related to your questions and in accordance with the ESPON Cooperation ProgrammePermanent technical support from ESPON’s expert team to ensure the progress of the activity and the quality of the deliverablesA dedicated budget\, typically around EUR 250\,000\, to finance a high-level study led by carefully selected experts from all over Europe (through public procurement procedures)Opportunities to learn with your peers and share evidence and experiences with other stakeholdersParticipation at ESPON events\, typically organised in cooperation with EU Presidencies\, to network with an international community of policy makers and experts\n\n\n\n\nTo the invitation

DESCRIPTION:Programmet ESPON 2030 har 6 åpne utlysninger tilgjengelig for norske deltakere\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNedenfor finner du lenker til de konkrete utlysningene. Utlysningsdokumentasjonen vil snart (etter validering) være tilgjengelig på «Luxembourg Public Procurement Portal» og EUs offisielle portal for anskaffelser – TED. \n\n\n\nFullfinansiering\n\n\n\nKonsortium som får kontrakt\, og som eventuelt har en norsk partner vil bli fullfinansiert. Det er altså ingen egenandel i ESPON 2030.  \n\n\n\nSøknadsfrist for alle utlysningene er 17. april 2023. \n\n\n\nDu kommer inn på hver enkelt utlysning ved å klikke på overskriftene. \n\n\n\nHouseForALL – Tilgang til rimelige boliger av høy kvalitet for alle\n\n\n\nESPON EGTC lanserer en åpen anbudskonkurranse for ytterligere å bygge opp ESPONs forskningslager og forbedre den europeiske territoriale bevisproduksjonen innenfor rammen av samarbeidsprogrammet ESPON 2030. \n\n\n\nOVERLAP – Overlappende kriser (om)former fremtiden til regionale arbeidsmarkeder\n\n\n\nMålet med dette europeiske forskningsprogrammet er å levere forskning av høy kvalitet om fremtidig utvikling av regionale arbeidsmarkeder. \n\n\n\nNo-Stageo – Territoriell styring av ikke-standardiserte geografier \n\n\n\nMålet med dette europeiske forskningsprogrammet er å levere forskning av høy kvalitet på fremvoksende ikke-standard funksjonelle territorier når det gjelder deres definisjoner\, avgrensninger\, utviklingstrender\, samt pågående harde og myke samarbeidsordninger. \n\n\n\nTANDEM – Territoriell analyse av desentraliserte energimarkeder\n\n\n\nMålet med dette europeiske forskningsprogrammet er å undersøke forholdene og utvikle politiske anbefalinger for et effektivt og inkluderende opptak av energisamfunn\, som tar hensyn til både 1) det juridiske grunnlaget gitt av Clean Energy for All Europeans Legislative Package1 og 2) nylige transformative markedsutviklinger som antas å være til fordel for energi-prosumerisme med lav-karbon samfunn og blir ofte referert til som Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS). \n\n\n\nCoBren – Territorielt samarbeid for blå fornybar energi\n\n\n\nMålet med dette europeiske forskningsprogrammet er å levere forskning av høy kvalitet på hvordan europeiske regioner og land effektivt kan samarbeide og takle potensielle konflikter om havbruk for å produsere og tilby fornybar energi til havs (ORE) for å nå europeiske klima- og energimål. \n\n\n\nTERRES – Territorialiserende motstandskraft: Transforming Europe for an Age of Crisis\n\n\n\nMålet med dette europeiske forskningsprosjektet er å levere forskning av høy kvalitet på temaet resiliens\, inkludert utvikling av et konsept om «territoriell motstandskraft» og en tilhørende policy. \n\n\n\n\nGå til utlysningene
