DESCRIPTION:Navigating the Future NPA\n\n\n\nIn recent years\, Northern Europe’s peripheral areas have become attractive regions for larger or smaller green and digital investments. New opportunities for people and communities have opened up in otherwise sparsely populated regions\, and beyond. \n\n\n\nAt the same time\, some jobs disappeared while others are not taken up and workers in sectors such as healthcare\, digital industries\, or technical service are highly demanded. Grønn omstilling\, transport og mobilitet\, innovasjon og entreprenørskap\, samt grenseløst arbeidsmarked.  \n\n\n\nDet finnes tre nordiske programmer med over tre milliarder norske kroner i finansiering hvor Norge deltar. Det kan se ut som næringslivet i våre nordiske naboland er dyktigere til å kople seg på disse programmene enn vi er i Norge.
